Covid 19 Update

COVID-19: Update

The Government has now announced a new national lockdown, as of 6th January 2021. As registered healthcare providers, we are being advised by the Government and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) to remain open for face to face appointments, in line with the CSP 7-factor guidance document https://www.csp.org.uk/news/coronavirus/clinical-guidance/remote-or-face-face-consultations/face-to-face-or-not.

As part of our COVID-safe protocols, we will ask you a series of questions before and on arrival at your appointment, I will be wearing PPE and I will ask you to wear a face covering inside the clinic and disinfect your hands on arrival and departure. The waiting areas and loos are closed and I will ask you to wait outside until your appointment time so the clinic can be cleaned and aerated between appointments, so please do not arrive too early.

For those who are shielding or who would prefer not to visit the clinic, we  are also operating a system of remote appointments via a range of video platforms, and are pleased to say that online assessment and treatment is now supported by the majority of health insurance companies including BUPA, Nuffield Health and Overland Health.

We wish you and your loved ones well through this latest COVID-19 chapter. Please get in touch if you need help, support or advice with injury, treatment, rehabilitation or exercise planning.
